After I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are
added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the same comment.
Perhaps there is an easy method you can remove me from
that service? Thank you!

Actually when someone doesn't be aware of after that its up to other viewers that they will help, so here it occurs.
